Speaking at a Times event on “Confidence building’, organised at Swami Atmanand Excellent English Medium School here, he said one of the ways to stop worrying is to realise that you are doing your best and know well that everyone makes mistakes. Besides, one has to develop a sense of self and build confidence, he added.
Talking about passion and success, the famous film actor of Chhattisgarhi cinema said success is better defined as an achievement of a desired aim or purpose. He said when someone follows their passion, success will follow.
Telling the 300-odd students that they should not hesitate to take the first step, Sharma said they should not stop dreaming as everything we see around us now was a dream of someone at some point in time. “Don’t lose your motivation and don’t be afraid of your failures”, he said adding that it is also important that you must channelize your energy in the right direction.
Sharing his life experience, the film star said one of the best moments of his life was when he attended a function as a chief guest at a bank where his father used to work.
